A Springfield man is in trouble after allegedly not filing personal income tax returns for four years.
The Illinois Department of Revenue says Frederick Harrold didn’t file between 2009 and 2012, when he operated the Pallet Shop. He’s charged with four criminal counts of failure to file.
His next court date is May 21st. If convicted, he faces one to three years in prison for each count.
