A semi-truck that may have taken on off-ramp from I-55 onto west-bound Sangamon Avenue too quickly overturned late Wednesday morning.
Illinois State Police say no one was hurt and they are still investigating the accident. No other vehicles were involved. This interchange has been the site of a number of accidents and is on the IDOT list of troublesome sites they are planning to reconfigure.
