A man is dead following an accident near 15th and North Grand Avenue East Wednesday afternoon.
Eyewitnesses say a driver of a small SUV made a U-turn in front of a motorcycle to avoid a train traveling through the area just after 4pm.
The identity of the man on the motorcycle has not yet been released.
