Alex Degman has some ideas for what he’d like to see along the boulevard… he thinks it’s a good opportunity to continue the progress the city’s made over the past few years in attracting young professionals to settle here. Plans for downtown housing, craft breweries, plans for an outlet mall… all these are great things. Let’s continue the progress. Use the Esquire and Bel-Aire demolitions, as well as the vacant lot by the YWCA downtown, as an opportunity to bring new, cool things to Springfield.
