After Jan. 17, applications can be made online at www.disasterloan.sba.gov, or by calling 1-800-659-2955 to request a paper loan application, but applications must be completed by the deadline of February 19, 2019 for physical damage loans. (Businesses can apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans through Sept. 23, 2019.)
