The city is preparing to name a new chief librarian. Summer Beck-Griffith has been Acting Director of Lincoln Library since the mayor fired Rochelle Hartman earlier this year.
Beck-Griffith had been community engagement manager since 2020. The appointment is on first reading Tuesday, with final city council approval July Fifth.
Same for a proposed ward map, yet another map which had to be redrawn after the every-ten-years census.
