Christian County coroner Amy Calvert Winans reports the car’s passenger was Sarah Myers, 36, Bethany; and the occupants of the truck were Brian Callan, 34, Blue Mound, and Keirsty Hughes, 29, Blue Mound.

A crash between a car and a grain truck in rural Christian County Monday afternoon killed the truck driver, a passenger in each vehicle, and injured the car’s driver. The lone survivor was airlifted to a hospital.
The car and truck collided at the intersection of two county roads, knocking the truck onto its side. State police say it happened around 1:15 Monday afternoon at County Roads 1400N and 2500E.
