A new face will be leading an old organization. SPARCs Board of Directors has elected Greg O’Connor as their new CEO. He says one of his priorities is to tell their story to the community that may know who they are but don’t don’t what they do. In addition to providing rehabilitation and living assistance, also runs a side company staffed by SPARC clients.
SPARC was founded in 1951 by a group of parents. O’Connor says the agency is always looking for volunteers to pitch in as well.
