If you live in Springfield and Waste Management is your waste hauler, that is about to change. The City of Springfield has announced that all single-family homes in Waste Management’s service area will now receive their trash service from Republic Services starting February 1, 2024.
Waste Management customers will keep the same bin and Republic Services will provide blue stickers to mark the Waste Management bins. Scheduled pickup days for residential Waste Management customers will remain the same as of this point.
