Nicholas Millman, a 22-year-old man has been arrested in Taylorville on Thursday for criminal sexual assault, grooming, sexual exploitation of a child, harassment, and impersonating a police officer.
According to our news partners at WAND TV, the Taylorville Police department described the case as particularly disturbing, “given Millman’s actions, including the impersonation of a police officer.”
