An overnight fire at an apartment complex on the city’s west side left at least four families homeless.
It started at the Olde Towne Apartments on Bruns near Jefferson just before midnight Monday. It’s estimated to have caused $450,000 in damage. It was a 2 alarm fire, six engines and a total of 37 total personnel responded.
Police arrested a resident, Joseph Misra, 32, and charged him with aggravated arson.
