A man accused of sexually abusing a woman and then attacking police appeared in court Monday morning.
Antonio Florence is charged with 10 felony counts including criminal sexual assualt, home invasion, and aggravated battery in a February 2014 call to the 1800-block of Gregory Court.
Police shot Florence during the struggle—an Illinois State Police investigation later cleared officers. The jury trial is expected to begin April 28th.
