A 7 week old baby is dead and the police are accusing an in home daycare worker of shaking the infant to death.
Meran Gahallger died at St. Johns Hospital after being transported from a day care in Forsyth which is in Macon County Tuesday.
24 year old Taylor Burris is charged with Endangering the Life and Health of a Child, Aggravated Battery to a Child. Resulting in Death and Involuntary Manslaughter.
Police said Burris admitted she shook the baby out of frustration when she would not stop crying.
Her bond is set at $250,000 dollars.
