Another concert’s being planned in Bloomington for tornado relief, this one featuring Chicago. It’s a free benefit January 29 at U. S. Cellular Coliseum. A show in early December that raised about $300,000 for restoration efforts. That show featured performances by Styx, REO Speedwagon and Richard Marx among others. Starting Tuesday, people will be able to reserve up to four tickets to the Chicago concert. The two dozen twisters that hit Illinois on Nov. 17 are blamed for the deaths of seven people.
