Calvin Christian III found himself again in handcuffs after being arrested for failure to appear in a Montgomery County court.
Christian was arrested by Springfield police Saturday night after being stopped for improper lane usage. Police discovered an open warrant for Christian after running a computer check.
Meanwhile, a federal judge ruled Monday Christian’s civil lawsuit against Springfield police for harrassment may proceed.
