A long time Springfield tradition COOLING THE CAPITAL begins again this week.
Capitol Radio Group and its seven stations along with Noonan True Value and Two Men and A Truck are teaming up with generous Springfield residents to provide electric fans to those in need during the hot summer months.
If you go to Noonan True Value you can purchase a box fan at a discounted price that will be donated to either Catholic Charities or Senior Services and then given to folks who really need them.
