Two co-defendants in the THR and Associates lawsuit have been dropped.
Judge Thomas Schanzle-Haskins dismissed former THR executives Mike and Jason DeLong from the lawsuit, leaving Jeff Parsons as the sole defendent. Parsons has been ordered to pay $12.3 million as part of a settlement reached in a lawsuit over back wages and penalties.
The DeLongs agreed to pay $25,000 each toward the settlement and attorneys fees. The judge has yet to rule on an attorney’s request from last week, saying Parsons should pay $1.2 million immediately toward the settlement plus $100,000 monthly.
