There’s no word yet on the cause of death of a Springfield man bitten repeatedly by a dog while people were trying to resuscitate him.
Sangamon County coroner Jim Allmon said Monday Jonathan Mendenhall, 34, was found down Sunday outside a home in the 1200 block of North 15-th Street.
