A Jacksonville woman is jailed and accused of a non-custodial abduction.
Kayla Justice, 26, is the mother of a three-year-old of whom she does not have custody or visitation rights..Justice’s mother, the little girl’s grandmother, has custody. Sangamon County deputies say Justice came to the home, a Waverly address, late Wednesday afternoon and took the child without permission.
Deputies say they found Justice within an hour and a half and returned the three-year-old to her grandmother.
