A Springfield man is in jail following a stabbing early Tuesday morning on Stevenson Dr.
Deputy Police Chief Dan Mounce says Antoine Willis, 30, allegedly stabbed his boyfriend at the Stevenson Inn. shortly after 2:00. He was arrested nearby and charged with aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery and unlawful use of a weapon.
The victim was stabbed in the neck, but the injuries weren’t life threatening.
