Two weeks into the New Year, it will be a new day for Lanphier High School.
District 186 superintendent Jennifer Gill announced Monday that Jan. 16, the day following the Martin Luther King birthday holiday weekend, will be the opening of the newly-constructed building.
“We’ll send out multiple commnuications between now and then,” promised superintendent Jennifer Gill, anticipating a fantastic view of the new commons.
The inaugural basketball game in the new Lober-Nika Gym is Jan. 12 against Lincoln.
