A Downstate Congresswoman – who’s in a primary against a fellow Downstater because Illinois is losing a U.S. House seat – was part of an announcement in Washington Thursday morning.
U.S. Rep. Mary Miller (pictured) (R-Oakland) is a co-sponsor of the “Women’s Bill of Rights.” It asserts the role of women and denounces transgenderism.
“The radical left has launched a war on biology,” the Trump-endorsed Miller said, “because they want to put themselves above God, and they want to brainwash our daughters with their ‘woke-ism.’”
The announcement included the principles that women’s bathrooms and locker rooms are for women – that is, people born with two X chromosomes and a uterus.
Miller is in a primary against U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Taylorville).
