Sangamon County State’s Attorney John Milhiser Friday filed first degree murder and armed robbery charges against two men.
Jermaine Davis and Sancho Mitchell allegedly killed Andrea Pocklington, who was pregnant, and Larry Grice on December 31st 2012.
“Through many, many man-hours and working with police and detectives, we were able to put this case together and file these charges” said Milhiser.
The two victims were found in a home in the 900 block of North 9th Street. Milhiser described the murders as “brutal.”
