It is not your average mall food court establishment.
Chicago-based Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants unveiled their newest location at White Oaks Mall. General Manager Ryan Delisi says the company researched Springfield thoroughly and think there is a niche to fill.
“Springfield is thirsty for a concept like this. There has been nothing like this before,” says Delisi. “We offer real value and also a neat concept.”
Cooper’s Hawk features a wine-tasting room featuring their own wines along with an eclectic mix of menu choices. Springfield is their 16th market and the establishment opens Monday November 3. Delisi calls it “modern casual.”
