A boil order has been issued for the entire Pleasant Plains Water District.
The district, in a news release, said a substantial drop in water pressure led to the order which affects Pleasant Plains High School and a number of businesses. It’s unclear what’s causing the drop in water pressure, it’s also unclear when the order will be lifted.
Customers who need to use water for cooking or drinking should bring it to a rolling boil for at least five minutes.
