A man shot in the face late Saturday night is still in critical condition.
Police have identified the victim as 47 year old Tracy Davis, who was shot shortly after 8:00 in the 600 block of west Capitol Avenue, where people were gathered for a barbeque.
The alleged shooter, Jermel Oneal, was arrested a short time later near 4th and Washington and is facing attempted murder charges.
