Springfield High School was evacuated Friday morning. The school received a call around 9 a.m. from a crisis helpline indicating that workers had been speaking to a subject who said explosive devices had been placed on the property. The school was evacuated, and parents were notified. A police and K-9 search of the property was completed. At 10:45 a.m., Springfield police advised that nothing had been located and no injuries had been reported.
