Andrea Little, already facing aggravated DUI charges in connection with the deaths of two people outside Pleasant Plains, will now have to answer to more charges.

Sangamon County State’s Attorney John Milhiser says a grand jury is now tacking on aggravated charges of driving under the influence of marijuana.  She could get sentenced to up to 28 years in prison if she is convicted.

Little is accused of crashing into a car being driven by 16-year old Danielle Allen on Route 125.  Steven Moore, a passenger in Little’s car, was also killed.  Her next court appearance is scheduled in January.

Little remains in jail on a $1 million bond.
