A Taylorville man on a motorcycle was forced into the back of another car after a three-car accident Thursday.
Illinois State Police say traffic was slowing for construction along Route 29 just north of Edinburg. Phillip Morrison, 33, couldn’t stop in time and rear ended the motorcyclist, Robert Frey, 71. He was taken to Memorial Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Charges are pending.
