Police in the state of Virginia and the city of Chatham teamed up to arrest a 23-year-old man from Virginia – who allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to a fourteen-year-old Chatham girl on Snapchat. Under arrest – and facing solicitation charges in Virginia – is Nicolas Ramey of Amissville, Virginia.
