Commuters into downtown Springfield could face a few headaches Tuesday morning as several lanes in the 500 block of east Jefferson are shut down.
City Water Light and Power says a water main broke late Monday and crews are on the scene making repairs.
It’s unclear how long that will take but the left lanes of east Jefferson will be closed until repairs are finished.
