Emerging artists highlighted on Springfield’s eastside
Joey McLaughlin talks with the Executive Director of the Springfield Art Association, Betsy Dollar, about the Springfield Art Associations mural project for ten emerging artists, ranging in age from 15 to 72 to create four feet painted panels. These mural panels have been installed in four locations on the east side of town.
